Scooter "Mind the Gap" Album Review

I would barely give this album 5 out of 5
It is a close call really, but I guess considering the album never really gets truly bad and has some of scooter's best songs ever, what more can you ask for? The live cd is also amazing.

Chemical Brothers "Music Response" Album Review

Mmm...This one is alright
After reading a few of reviews on this one, I was a little hesistant on getting once it showed itself at a Barnes & Noble music section. I have to take back the opinions running through my head though when I bought it. The 'Album Version' of Music: Response is definitely a track worth hearing over and over again, but that tracks is easily forgotten it seems...I never hear that much about it anyways. The two mixes of Music: Response I thought could've been a little more NOT BORING, I felt that they went nowhere with the beat and style and the people who mixed it slaughtered a great song by Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons. The LIVE cuts were pretty good, considering the face that 'Out Of Control' was an easier version and 'Got Glint ?' was somewhat the same sounding from 'Surrender'. My personal favorite was 'Freak of the Week' with its simple dance beat and mildly changing moods throughout. 'Enjoyed' was obviouslly a remix of 'Out Of Control' that was pretty interesting to listen to, but I'll stick with the original version from 'Surrender'. that's my review, thanks!

Agoria "Blossom" Album Review

Dirty french electronic goodness :)
Absolutely loving this album. Minimalistic, dirty, subversive French electronica. Standouts for me were the nasty slide of Kofea and the quirky Think Different. Hugely listenable, definitely danceable, sleek but accessible.
